We’re looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven eCommerce Merchandising Associate to help grow our brand presence and sales across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other marketplaces, while also supporting operational updates on our direct-to-consumer (DTC) website. In this role, you’ll spend approximately 80% of your time driving marketplace growth and 20% handling DTC site operations.This individual will act as a liaison between Merchandising, Creative, Marketing, and Divisional departments in order to optimize the onsite customer experience. Key responsibilities will be categorizing products, improving onsite search, & executing site rankings for all products on all 4 of the sites. This is a fast paced, business focused team, to drive online sales through analyzing data and A/B testing to deliver a best in web online experience.  

 

How you will contribute: 

 

  • Manage and optimize product listings across Amazon (Seller & Vendor Central), Walmart, eBay, and additional 3rd party marketplaces.
  • Execute advertising campaigns on platforms like Amazon Ads (Sponsored, Brand, Video, Display, DSP), Walmart Ads, and eBay Ads to drive sales and boost product rankings.
  • Plan and implement promotional activities, including Lightning Deals, Prime Day, Black Friday events, and cross-promotions.
  • Perform keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve product visibility and organic search performance.
  • Support the creation and updating of Brand Stores and A+ (or Premium A+) content for seasonal campaigns and product launches.
  • Monitor sales, traffic, and advertising KPIs to identify growth opportunities and recommend optimizations.
  • Work with product divisions to update shipping times on site.
  • Set up post purchase promotional offers on site to drive additional revenue.
  • Help identify gaps within our taxonomy to make our site easier to browse.
  • Responsible for identifying site defects and working with IT and platform resources to correct in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Marketing, Analytics) to execute site initiatives and troubleshoot issues.
  • Assign specialty merchandising for holidays or events including Christmas, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, & Sports Championships
  • Validate all products are accurate pre-launch.
  • Responsible for verifying the customer experience is accurate throughout all pages within the purchase funnel throughout the selling season.
  • Responsible for all removable of specialty messaging after the holiday or event selling season is complete.

 

What you will bring and skills that excite us:

  • Bachelors degree – Business or related degree preferred.
  • 0-2+ years, internship or related experience preferred. 
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Effective problem solving skills and independent decision making.
  • Must be able to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – must interact with all departments at all levels within the organization.
  • Hands-on experience managing listings, ads, and promotions on Amazon and other marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central platforms. Experience using Rithum (Channel Advisor) or additional marketplace experience is a plus. 
  • Experience running paid media campaigns on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Ads, Walmart Ads).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Data-driven mindset with good analytical and reporting skills.

Compensation: 

 

$58,000 - $65,000
