We're looking for an eCommerce Marketing Specialist I with hands-on digital marketing experience, particularly in paid and organic social —to help drive growth across Bradford’s network of brands. This is a high-impact role for someone who already has a strong foundation in campaign strategy, execution, and optimization, and is looking to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate has expertise with advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), solid cross-channel knowledge & experience (Google Display, email, etc.), and a performance-driven mindset. You’ll collaborate with internal creative, analytics, and eCommerce teams, as well as external partners, to deliver effective, scalable campaigns. Experience with content development or social-first creative is a plus. If you're ready to take ownership, test boldly, and grow in a fast-moving environment, we’d love to hear from you.

How you will contribute:

  • Lead day-to-day execution and optimization of paid and organic social campaigns (primarily Meta), aligning strategy with key business goals like revenue growth, ROI, and contribution.
  • Manage dynamic product ads and catalog campaigns, ensuring clean feeds, precise targeting, and effective creative delivery.
  • Support and execute full-funnel digital strategies across additional channels, like display campaigns across the Google Display Network, collaborating with media partners to refine audience targeting and placements.
  • Develop and oversee A/B and multivariate testing plans across creative, audience segmentation, bidding, and optimization tactics—grounded in performance data and platform insights.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, analytics platforms, and internal dashboards to surface insights and make data-backed decisions proactively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and product teams to brief, launch, and iterate on performance-driven assets.
  • Maintain and improve product feed quality by coordinating with eCommerce and technical teams, especially around high-impact campaigns, events, and holidays.
  • Stay ahead of platform changes and digital marketing trends, proactively applying new tactics and best practices to improve performance.
  • Assist with campaign planning and budget tracking, ensuring accurate pacing and spend alignment.
  • Contribute to social-first content development or creative ideation, bringing a performance lens to asset planning and execution.

What you will bring and skills that excite us:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Marketing and Technology Management, Mathematics/Statistics, Public Relations, Communications or related degree.
  • 2+ years of experience, including internships in digital marketing.
  • Management of internal or external client relationships is a plus.
  • Collaborative team player and strong communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally across creative, analytics, eCommerce, and leadership teams to align campaign goals and drive results.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership mindset, capable of managing projects independently while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Understands consumer mindsets, and how to effectively message or position to them, shaping marketing messages to focus on key consumer benefits.
  • Proficient in campaign management tools, including Facebook Business Manager (Meta Ads Manager), Content Management Platforms (Hootsuite, Emplifi), Google Ads, and third-party analytics or reporting platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or others).
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, charts).
  • Experience with media budgeting and pacing, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within allocated spend.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills – ability to quickly troubleshoot campaign issues, technical issues, or performance drops.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a passion for experimentation, iteration, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring campaign assets, deadlines, and reporting are managed with accuracy and consistency.
  • Comfortable presenting to groups or senior leadership, with experience translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
