The Bradford Exchange is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Marketing Manager to join our team! This role operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working across both print and digital media channels to profitably acquire and retain new customers.
How you will contribute:
- Recommend media strategies and product placements to drive customer growth and profitability.
- Manage assigned media channels (such as Client File management but also including online media channels) and actively innovate within those channels to discover new growth opportunities.
- Leverage AI-based marketing tools and technologies to enhance campaign targeting, content creation, and performance analysis.
- Research and analyze past marketing results to optimize ongoing strategy.
- Identify and assess new online and emerging marketing channel opportunities.
- Support all stages of the marketing plan lifecycle—from ideation and planning to execution and performance review.
- Collaborate with with creative teams such as Product Development and Advertising to launch new products.
- Manage products from conception to shipment, taking ownership across multiple product lines and licenses.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations confidently to all levels of the organization.
- Generate detailed reports to showcase marketing and product performance.
- Maximizing response and ROI through effective planning, implementation, analysis and reporting of housefile mail campaigns. Activities include Customer selections/segmentation, management of creative efforts, response and inventory forecasting, and data analysis to create optimal circulation mail plans.
- Responsible for meeting monthly and yearly ROI and sales goals defined by the budget.
- Oversee the daily work and manage and train the junior level marketing team members to ensure effective and efficient processes.
- Function as an analytical resource to the organization including presentations, budgeting, and reports. Support the division in ad hoc projects as requested.
What you will bring and skills that excite us:
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economic, Statistics, or a related field
- 5 + years of experience in direct response marketing, client file management, product management, or media management
- Demonstrated experience in online media marketing, including paid search, social media advertising, and other emerging channels
- Familiarity with AI tools in marketing (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft365 CoPilot, Canva AI, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in math and/or statistics
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a deadline-driven and evolving environment
- Ability to prioritize workload and pivot as needed
- Collaborative spirit with the confidence to work in partnership with all departments of the organization
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth
- Management experience a plus.
