We're currently seeking a Global FP&A Manager who will be responsible for providing financial leadership for the Bradford Group, Inc. in relation to monthly reporting that includes debt compliance reporting, quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, debt covenant projections and strategic planning.

 

How you will contribute: 

  • Responsible for overseeing development of internal/stretch planning and as well as modification to derive more conservative planning for external reporting purposes. 
  • Oversee planning and communication, work to identify and resolve issues, offer ideas that can drive results to meet or exceed targets and to create efficiencies. 
  • Play a key role in leading needed modifications and upgrades to the planning/forecasting system, currently Adaptive Insights.
  • Interacts with and builds relationships with lead finance roles in our international offices.
  • Coordinate collection of, verify, compile, and analyze critical global financial data for management including monthly reporting, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, monthly KPI’s and business unit/support area reporting, and other ad-hoc reporting requirements.
  • Analyze actual operating results and track major performance trends, both current and projected, that will impact the planned performance through close communication with business/market leaders.
  • Review work and reporting of debt compliance accountant for completion of monthly reporting requirements and prepare debt compliance projections.
  • Prepare summary narrative of performance highlights by major business segment on a quarterly basis for communication to board of directors and external reporting purposes.
  • Maintain and innovate Global reporting files. Establish well-defined, organized, efficient, and documented reporting processes to provide reliable and meaningful analysis to key stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of budgeting, forecasting, and modeling tools and responsible for developing financial analysis and ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with US and International finance teams and business unit leaders to obtain necessary information and to establish and implement best practices and improve/standardize processes where applicable. 
  • Support implementation of modifications and upgrades to the forecasting/planning system.
  • Lead, develop & mentor a small but high-performing team to achieve goals/objectives.
  • Help with other ad-hoc projects as needed.

What you will bring and skills that excite us:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience required.
  • Management experience required.
  • Experience with system implementation a plus. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially with higher level Excel functionality; experience with Adaptive Planning a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with a wide range of people required.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; must be a self-starter.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, learn new tasks independently while managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Expertise in managing a large amount of data while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Curious, passionate, and persistent.

Compensation: 

  • $119,000 - 150,000
